Do any of you know about this:
This one stumps us!!!! (A first)
(one of our web site visitors wants to know about this!!! Can You help?
I am searching for info on a tear drop, circa 1950? Part of a "lable" exists just to the left
of the door. It reads "The Campsite Inc."
I dont know if this is a brand of a camp ground.
The trailer was factory built. Steel Frame,
aluminum skin, fastened with "bucking" rivets.
It is about 5' wide, 12' long and 6' high.
Grandpa's Camper is now an antique camper. The vintage RV that parked at this campsite was his and grandma's home away from home. They used it often and really enjoyed living in this antique travel trailer.

(Photo used with permission) Special thanks to Bill @ Serro Scotty. See more about it at About Grandpas Campsite.
Grandpa and grandma also owned an antique motor home when Winnebago started their assemble line production of them. This is what I remember best as their antique camper.
The "things" on this web site were the things left in grandpa's camper. Here also is all of his vintage RV's that are now for sale.
This story is, of course, fictional. However this is the best Vintage and Antique Camper web site on the Internet.
